OUR LEADERSHIP

SAM AND HILL

In 2021, CSW embraced a new chapter in its history with the introduction of co-CEOs Hill Hamrick and Sam Krieg. This transition marked the fulfillment of a long-held vision by the Williams family, who had always dreamed of seeing CSW reach its full potential. The Williams commitment to their employees and the company’s future guided the choice, ensuring that CSW would be in capable hands that shared their values.

STEWARDSHIP

In Sam and Hill, the family found what they were looking for: long-term stewardship of CSW. The family sought successors who would not only care deeply about the business but also honor the legacy on which they had built. Hill and Sam’s arrival brought more than just new leadership—it heralded a significant investment in the people, culture, and company.

VISION

Their approach was rooted in a genuine desire to elevate CSW to new heights of excellence. Their fresh perspective and strategic vision, combined with a deep respect for CSW’s history, are driving the company toward unprecedented growth and innovation. This new era at CSW blends the best of its family-owned past with the dynamism of professional management, setting the stage for a future that would make the Williams Family proud.
